The Contributors The unique concept of Beit Al Qur'an as an organization dedicated to the service of the Holy Qur'an and to Islam and Islamic culture and heritage has inspired many people from all walks of life to support the establishment and the continued maintenance of this great insititution. During the construction period and up to the opening date of Beit Al Qur'an on the 12th March 1990, no less than 1033 individuals ranging from all the Heads of State of the Gulf Cooperation Council, to school children contributed generously to bring the Beit Al Qur'an idea into reality. Fourteen individuals and financial and commercial organizations sponsored spaces and museum halls at Beit Al Qur'an and these areas were given names of their choice. The continued support by the people of Beit Al Qur'an remains strong and many of the contributors have returned again and again to give generously to maintain this great institution. As an independent organization open to all Beit Al Qur'an requires your help, please give what you can. Your generosity will help Beit Al Qur'an provide its unique services to the public.
